Discover and explore the different muscular efforts needed in all over the body to build a strong and stable foundation for inversions. This module is designed to be practitioner-driven, allowing you to experience a deeper understanding of poses via biomechanical exploration.
This learning course serves as a portion of Align&Refine Yoga’s mentorship program which will count as continuing education for current yoga teachers and a developmental program for aspiring yoga teachers.
This course is designed to:
• adapt, adjust and shift your yoga practice for your own body and later on for others
• learn techniques to release muscles that may inhibit your movement from getting upside down
• strengthen the muscles that you will need to move intelligently, safely, and progressively
At the end of this course, trainees who have attended 70 hours will receive a certificate of attendance. Trainees who have completed the full 100 hours will receive a certificate of completion. Registered yoga teachers will be able to credit the learning course into their 500-hour advanced teacher training certification.
